1920’s Elegance on Sunday

THE Newcastle Festival Opera will be recreating 1920’s elegance when they perform ‘Facade – An Entertainment’ on Sunday afternoon.

Hosted by the Upper Hunter Conservatorium of Music as part of its 2016 Visiting Artist Concert Series, the performance will include poetry by Edith Sitwell set to a small orchestral ensemble.

View the newly restored Atherstone Room of the Conservatorium and enjoy high tea, complete with cucumber sandwiches.

The audience is encouraged to embrace the 1920’s theme by dressing for the 1920’s, with prizes for the best dressed.
