LAST night the Cottage in Scone was awarded bronze for best steak restaurant in Australia,
TYPICALLY Council meetings only attract a handful of observers from the public, but at last night’s meeting the chambers were packed with community members concerned about a new pool policy which proposed to restrict the age of children being able to attend the pool without a parent.

AT last night’s Council meeting the packed gallery was audibly aghast forcing the Mayor to call order when Cr Kiwa Fisher stood up to make his statement on the change of the pool policy and said,

FOLLOWING tonight’s Council meeting a protest is being planned for tomorrow outside Council’s chambers at 3:30pm tomorrow.
THE Council have just passed a motion to change the pool policy so that children aged 12 years and younger will need an adult to accompany them to the pool.
