Accident Near Cressfield – Update

NSW Police have said the motorcyclist who died at the scene of an accident near Cressfield Stud on the New England Highway at approximately 4:45pm yesterday was a 40 year old male.

Initial investigations indicate the rider collided with a northbound 4WD before colliding with a second 4WD travelling south.

The driver of the north bound 4WD was not injured, but was taken to the Scott Memorial Hospital in Scone for mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
