Another Death at Level Crossing

POLICE have confirmed a man was hit and killed by a train at approximately 9:50pm at the Kingdon Street rail crossing in a Scone. Police forensics are on their way to scene.

On Friday the coroner handed down recommendations following the deaths of Timothy Morgan and John Lawler in 2015 and 2010 respectively, at the same level crossing in Scone.

UPDATE: Please note the first report from Police was that the incident occurred at the Liverpool Street crossing, however it occurred at the Kingdon Street crossing. The Police Media Unit also initially said the incident was self-harm they have since said it is not self-harm.
