Beanies Instead of Fascinators

THE Bureau of Meteorology has suggested beanies may be the best head wear at the Scone Cup tomorrow,with a top temperature of 15 degrees and wind predicted.

A large cold pool is approaching from Victoria, which is currently in the south-west of the state and expected to arrive in Scone early tomorrow morning.

There is also a chance of a light dusting of snow on the Barrington Tops.

The cold pool will be short lived though with temperatures returning to 19 degrees on Saturday and 21 on Sunday.
