Dancing for Bushfire Appeal

Filed in Recent News by April 27, 2017

THERE will be a dance on tomorrow night Friday April 28 at Aberdeen Sports and Recreation Club with all proceeds from entry going to the Dunedoo bushfire appeal.

Steph Langan was contacted by one of The Ray Boy’s band who will be providing the entertainment for the evening to get the idea underway because of previous fundraising dances that Steph, her mum Jennifer Langan and Jennifer’s neighbour Patricia Sutherland have organised in the past.

“John Ray contacted us to run a dance down there for him,” Ms Langan said.

“The dance tomorrow night, all the money is going to Dunnedoo, we have got three raffle prizes and a lucky door prize for ladies, a lucky door prize for men and a lucky door prize for a boy and a lucky door prize for a girl and a mothers day raffle prize” Steph Langan said.

Adult entry is $10 and a family entry is $25 with local band The Ray Boys providing entertainment for the evening from 8pm to midnight.
