Delays Expected on Liverpool Street

ON Friday work will begin to lift and install bridge beams over Liverpool Street in Scone for the bypass and also on Wednesday, June 12.

Roads and Maritime Services have advised motorists to expect delays of 15 minutes on both days.

Beginning this Wednesday until late July, there will be an increase in truck movements through the town centre with deliveries of road base materials south of Scone along Kelly, Liverpool and Aberdeen Streets.

The work will be carried out between 7am until 6pm on weekdays and 8am until 1pm on Saturdays.
