SATURDAY is the busiest day of the show.
There will be plenty of exhibits, stockhorse, cattle, sheep, dog agility trials, food stalls and country fun.
From 10am – 2pm will be a technology and innovation program including drones, GPS trackable animal ear tags and drought support information from Local Land Services: see related story: Drought Support at Springtime Show.
This year the Show is launching two new events:
- The Wideland Challenge – described as silly things people did growing up on a farm such as challenges with three people trying to walk in one set of skis together – there will be four age groups with events beginning at 3:30pm and finishing at 7pm.
- Motorised Eskie Races – beginning at 3pm until 4:30pm
The band Rock City Rock will begin playing at 7pm and entertain the crowd until 1:30pm.
