First Snow on the Barrington

Filed in Recent News by June 4, 2019

THE first snow has fallen on the Barrington Tops overnight.

Locals estimate there has been about an inch of snow fall, but conditions now are very windy and roads are dangerously slippery.

The current temperature is -0.5 and while more rain is predicted today, the overnight snow fall is likely to be short lived.

Special thanks to Cath Payne for braving the cold for scone.com.au and grabbing some photos to share.

UPDATE: Still Snowing on the Tops
