Freezers Delivered

Filed in Recent News by July 17, 2017

THE Scone Neighbourhood Resource Centre has filled the space where perishable storage was needed with two generously donated freezers.

Lee Watts is again thankful for the generosity of the community to help those in need and can now receive food items they were previously unable to accept.

“We are extremely thankful to those people that not only gave us these freezers but more which we couldn’t fit in, a big thankyou to the generous people of this community,” Lee Watts said.

“We can now store perishable goods and have things on hand to make children sandwiches for lunch if they need it, the response of the community means a lot to those who are need,” said Lee Watts.

Items can be donated to the Scone Neighbourhood Resource Centre at 130 Liverpool Street, Scone or contact the centre on 02 6545 2562
