Man Charged with Murder

THE 20 year old man from Muswellbrook who turned himself into police yesterday,following the death of a 41 year old man in Scone, has been charged with murder.

The police took the man to the John Hunter Hospital for treatment for minor lacerations to his fingers and when he was released back into the custody of detectives was charged with murder.

The man will appear in Muswellbrook court later today.
