DIRT BIKE STOLEN

ON Sunday between 8:30am and 9:15am a 2016 Husqvarna 85 blue, white and yellow off road motorbikes was stolen from a secured garage in Sydney Street, Scone.

 

BREAK, ENTER AND STEAL – Mount Street

AT approximately 5:55pm on Saturday a woman left her residence in Mount Street, Scone and left the laundry wooden door open and security door unlocked.

They returned approximately 45 minutes later and noticed her wallet on the washing machine in the laundry, with its contents pulled out and three credit visa cards were missing.

She also noticed a cupboard door open in the hallway but nothing was stolen from the cupboard.

The woman immediately cancelled her credit cards.

 

BREAK, ENTER AND STEAL – Another in Mount Street

A second break in was reported in Mount Street on Saturday.

At approximately 5:45pm a woman left her home and returned at 6:30pm to find the laundry security door damaged near the lock.

She opened the door, but did not go inside and instead called the police.

The police arrived and escorted her through her home and the following was identified as being stolen:

  • 1 x Laptop computer
  • Silver coloured Ring holder in the shape of a cat
  • Clear crystal dish ring holder with spike in centre
  • Silver coloured ear ring in the shape of gum leaves
  • necklace – clear sparkles and silver colour

The woman had closed and locked the laundry wooden door and security door, but left the laundry window open.

A reminder that everyone needs to ensure they lock their doors and windows before leaving their home.

 

PEEP AND PRY – SCONE

ON Friday at approximately 4:30am a woman was reversing out of a property in Phillip Street, Scone, when she was obstructed by an unknown make of medium height, thin build, wearing black and walking a dog.

The woman said it appeared the man was intentionally standing in the drive way to prevent her from reversing and appeared to look suspiciously towards her and the vehicle.

The man eventually moved and was last seen walking his dog in an easterly direction without further incident.
