ANOTHER hot and steamy day was endured by fifteen keen lady golfers at Scone yesterday, with the temperature reaching 33 degrees during play.

The “Colours On The Course” theme resulted in an array of brightness on the day.

Sarah Brooks continued her fabulous run of form to win the Lyn Banks Trophy with 41 points.

Likewise, Fiona Groom is playing well and she had 40 points to be runner up.

Jo Brown won the NTP on the 17th at 3.1 metres.

Balls were won by: Sarah Brooks 41, Fiona Groom 40, Sue Watts 35, Ann Cameron, Narelle Rutter 33, Noreen Marshall 32 and Judy Carmody 31 points.

It was pleasing to see Ann Cameron in her new golf cart, and Pam Manning return to Thursday golf.

Next Thursday, March 17, the event is a 4BBB Stableford for the GNSW Bowl event with an individual in conjunction.

The sponsors are Judy Carmody and Narelle Rutter.
