Suspected Fire at Scone Grammar

THIRTY students have been evacuated from Scone Grammar School as a precaution, while fire crews try to pinpoint the smell of burning in the library.

Fire and Rescue NSW said nobody was at risk during the incident and the electrical burning smell seems to be coming from the ducted air conditioning.

Crews will be tracing the ducting to determine where the smell is coming from, which could also be from an outside source and entered the ducts.
