THE severe thunderstorm warning for the Upper Hunter has been lifted by the Bureau of Meteorology.
The Bureau has said the immediate threat of severe thunderstorms in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory has passed, but they will continue to monitor the situation and issue further warnings if necessary.
