Trapped Under Tractor

LAST night at 10pm the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to a property at Glenbawn east of Scone to a 62 year old male who had been trapped under a tractor.

The accident occurred at approximately 9am when the seven tonne tractor rolled onto his foot.

The man’s calls for help went unheard until late yesterday night.

The tractor was moved, the man was treated at the scene by medical crews before being taken to the Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital.

He was reported to be in a stable condition.
