Aberdeen Golf Course is always presented well for the Vets and Tuesday, November 14 was no exception when 31 players contested a stroke and putting event. The greens, fairways and tees were all mown and the bunkers raked for us. Thank you to Dog Dowell and all the helpers.

Captain Phil Ledgerwood expertly got us all off to a shot-gun start. It was great to have Paul Gorman back with us after the round.

Brian Dever won the day with 66 nett, from Bob Fry 2nd 67, Bob Thorley 3rd 68 C/B, Brian Payton 4th 68 C/B, Des Partridge 5th 68 and Reg Davidson 6th 69.
