THERE is a slight chance of thunderstorms and light showers on Tuesday as a cold front from the south west makes its way across the state. However the Bureau of Meteorology predicts any rain in the Upper Hunter area will be sporadic and isolated.

Today the temperature will reach 33 degrees before the cold front brings temperatures into the low 20’s mid week.
