Weather in the Week Ahead

THERE is a high pressure system in the Tasman creating some offshore flow over the area. From a rainfall perspective there is a slight chance of light showers over the course of the next few days. The conditions will be quite settled with temperatures increasing throughout the week.

There were some light showers over the weekend and the following rainfalls were recorded:

• Scone: Saturday 7ml, Sunday 0ml
• Aberdeen: Saturday 4.8ml, Sunday 0ml
• Merriwa: Saturday 1ml, Sunday 0ml
• Murrurundi: Saturday 0.4ml, Sunday 1.2ml
