Westpac has Landed in Scone

THE Westpac Rescue Helicopter has just landed at the Scott Memorial Hospital in Scone to care for a man who is believed to be in his 50’s and has fallen five metres and sustained multiple fractures.

UPDATE: The Westpac crew have confirmed the man is a 53 year old who is suffering from multiple fractures and lacerations and will be flown to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle.

His injuries occurred after falling from a work stand which was approximately 5 metres in height.

He is in a stable condition.
