What Will You Dish Up?

Filed in Recent News by March 17, 2017

THE Scone Neighbourhood Resource Centre would like to remind people to let them know what they are cooking up for Harmony Day on Tuesday.

“People are great at bringing a dish, but we need to know what they will be dishing up,” said Mrs Watts.

“We need to check if their dish has some ingredients such as nuts, alcohol, pork and things so that we can include that when we make signs for the dishes,” she said.

“Each dish as a sign beside it so people know what the dish is, what kind of cuisine it is and if there are any ingredients they should be aware of,” she said.

“Harmony Day is always such a great community event and hopefully this year there will be plenty of great dishes to share,” Lee Watts said.

People can visit the Scone Neighbourhood Resource Centre to advise them of the dish they will bring or they can register online: What I Will Bring to Harmony Day.
