Breaking: Man on Smashing Rampage in Merriwa

INITIAL reports from Merriwa residents are a man has jumped from the verandah of the Royal Hotel and smashed windows and doors at Bits and Pizzas and the IGA supermarket.

Police and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter are on scene.
