Equipment and Livestock Warning – Rivers Rising

THE Hunter SES has warned farmers on creeks and rivers in the Upper Hunter, including the Pages, Isis, Hunter and Goulburn Rivers to expect move equipment and livestock to higher ground and to avoid driving through floodwater.

River flows at Muswellbrook are expected to be 2 to 2.5 metres above normal flows later tonight and increased flows are expected in Denman tomorrow morning.

The SES will post updates on their Facebook page: Hunter NSW SES and can be called for assistance on 132 500 or in an emergency call 000.
