Ian Pullen Case: Sales to be released from custody

LILLI-Jane Sales will be released from custody on bail, after a proposed residential address was found to comply with bail conditions.

Ms Sales, a 22 year old form Singleton, was arrested by police on Monday and charged with accessory after the fact, in relation to the alleged murder of Ian Pullen a New Zealand firefighter, on September 29, 2018.

Ms Sales was granted bail on Monday, but the residential address put forward for her release did not comply with conditions set by the court and she remained in custody.

This afternoon a suitable residential address was identified and Ms Sales will be released from custody.
