Jockey Flown to John Hunter

THE Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to Scone this evening to treat jockey Jenny Duggan who fell from horse Steamboat Sally in race 8 at the Darley Scone Cup Carnival this afternoon.

The Westpac medical team met ambulance at the Scott Memorial Hospital in Scone to treat the 42 year old for injuries to her head and shoulder and suspected spinal injuries.

Ms Duggan was flown to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle in a stable condition.
