Rainfall totals over the past 24 hours

THE Upper Hunter was graced with a decent amount of rainfall yesterday, with all areas receiving more than 30 millimetres.

Stoney Creek, Hunter Springs and the Pages River received 65 millimetres each and Moonan Flat received a whopping 52 millimetres.

Light showers are predicted for Christmas day, with between two and five millimetres of rain expected to fall across the shire. 

The Glenbawn dam is at 46.8 percent capacity as of Monday, December 21.
