Veteran’s Golf: July 31

THE wombats, kangaroos and echidnas are reclaiming the Murrurundi Golf Course and leaving lots of fertiliser, no doubt due to the very dry conditions. Anyway, 13 Vets enjoyed their stableford event on Tuesday, July 31, plus the pies for lunch. Thanks John Norman. Get well soon Rod Upton.

Bob Thorley did best to win with 37 points from Bob Lawman 2^nd 35 C/B from Terry Mitchell 3^rd.

Balls went to Greg Squires 31, Di Thorley and Graham Turvey 29 and Bob Minch and Tommy Thompson 27.

The Bradman Trophy, kindly sponsored by Gary Morley, was won by Gary Gray.
