Weather Set to Scorch

THE Bureau of Meteorology has said they expect a week of 40 degree temperatures, with little chance of rain.

Expected temperatures:

• Today: 36
• Tuesday: 40
• Wednesday: 43
• Thursday: 43
• Friday: 43
• Saturday: 41
• Sunday: 30

Overnight temperatures will also remain warm, tonight it will get down to 20 degrees, but for the rest of the week only 25.

While the Bureau said there is a slight chance of a shower, if clouds do develop, any rain that falls is likely to evaporate before it reaches the ground.
