Weather: The Week Ahead

Filed in Just In by May 25, 2020

THE wet cool conditions will slowly ease over the next few days as the low pressure system from the Tasman Sea weakens.

There will be a few showers tomorrow and cloud cover, but from Wednesday onwards conditions will be mostly dry across the area with temperatures creeping up a few degrees.

The next significant feature, a cold front moving through the state from the west, will bring quite windy conditions, more showers and the possibility of storms.

The cold front is not expected to move through until late Sunday to early Monday.

Expected temperatures this week:

  • Monday: 5 – 16
  • Tuesday: 8 – 18
  • Wednesday: 7 – 19
  • Thursday: 5 – 20
  • Friday: 5 – 19
  • Saturday: 5 – 20
  • Sunday: 7 – 21
